Koinōnia Fall Leader Collective
The Koinōnia Leader Collective is a gathering designed to cultivate the health, formation, and flourishing of ministry leaders through meaningful connection, practical learning, and shared experience.
It creates space for pastors and ministry leaders to step outside the demands of everyday ministry, learn alongside one another, build genuine relationships, and engage conversations that help them lead and live well.
This fall, we’re going to focus on something that deeply shapes the health and sustainability of every leader: our relationships.
Leadership, especially ministry leadership, puts unique pressure on the relationships around us. So we’re creating a day to have honest, practical conversations about four relationships that matter enormously to our flourishing: Marriage. Kids. Team. Friendship.
We’ll hear from experienced ministry leaders, therapists, practitioners, and friends as we explore what it looks like to cultivate relationships that remain healthy over the long haul.

About The Koinōnia Network
The Koinōnia Network is a fellowship of churches united in the Gospel, partnering together as participants in a movement of God’s Kingdom.
From Knoxville to the Nations. To the Glory of God.
While Koinōnia primarily serves pastors and churches within its network, events like the Fall Leader Collective intentionally widen the invitation to friends and ministry partners across the broader kingdom community who desire to grow together in healthy leadership.
